What’s Your Diagnosis?

This x-ray is of Coal, a three year old neutered male cat. He was brought to Sault Ste. Marie Animal Clinic because his owners noticed intermittent vomiting and weight loss. His blood work showed an increase in white blood cells, a couple of mildly increased liver parameters (bilirubin and GGT) and decreased sodium and chloride. His x-rays are below.  Can you make a diagnosis?
