Good News!!! Adorable 8 wk old Oreo passed her blood tests! She tested negative for Feline Leukemia Virus (FeLV) and Feline Immunodeficiency Virus (FIV). This means she can be welcomed into her new home with out worry that she might be exposing her new feline siblings to these potentially devastating diseases. It is always a good idea to have newly acquired kittens or cats blood tested for these viruses but it is particularly important to do so in homes where there are other cats who could be put at risk.
