As the winner of the “People’s Choice Award” in Sault Ste. Marie Animal Clinic’s recent PET PROFILE CHALLENGE, George and pet mom Sophia, won a $50.00 Visa gift card plus they got to choose which registered pet charity would receive the $700.00 raised by the challenge. We are pleased to announce they chose the Lion’s Foundation of Canada Dog Guides – a wonderful organization whose mission is to assist Canadians with a medical or physical disability by providing them Dog Guides at no cost.
The team at Sault Ste. Marie Animal Clinic would like to thank George, Sophia, and everyone else who participated in our Pet Profile Challenge. Not only did we raise funds for a very worthy organization, but we sincerely enjoyed reading and creating the profiles. The content of the profiles was entertaining and enlightening but mostly is was heartwarming just to see how loved these pets are and how much they are part of their respective families. From their nicknames, to their likes, dislikes, and ‘Superpowers’ – it was clear that EVERY pet is special and cherished.
