Update re: Covid-19 Precautions and Procedures

Good morning – We are open and seeing patients today.
• If you have a nonurgent appointment for your pet and would like to cancel or reschedule please feel free to do so.
• We respectfully ask anyone who is unwell or has travelled internationally with in the last two weeks to not come to the clinic. If your pet needs food, medication or requires urgent veterinary care, call us and we will make the necessary arrangements to see that your pet gets the care and products they need.
• If you are purchasing food or medication, you can call in and pay over the phone to minimize traffic within the clinic. If you call us from your car once you arrive at the clinic, we can bring your products out to you. We can also bring our terminal out to your car for payment if necessary. We do have the tap option for purchases less than $100.00
• If you bring your pet for an appointment, you can call us from your car to ‘check in’ and we will let you know when we are ready for you.
• Please try to keep the number of people accompanying a pet for their appointment to one if possible.
