Press Release: Sault Ste. Marie Animal Clinic
Dr. Gary Palmer and Dr. Robin Lewis-Palmer of Sault Ste. Marie Animal Clinic are thrilled to announce that their two-year-old Portuguese Water Dog, Hudson, has inked a deal to become the spokesmodel for a brand new line of sustainable clothing for dogs! The clothing line, to be marketed under the name “Hudson Bae”, will feature socially conscious, high quality clothes for larger dogs. According to Dr. Lewis-Palmer, this has been a neglected segment of the market. “As people see their pets more and more as members of the family, they want to dress them in stylish clothes – but it is really hard to find nice clothes to fit dogs bigger than 25lbs.”
Hudson, was chosen from hundreds of dogs all across Canada but as anyone who follows Sault Ste. Marie Animal Clinic on social media knows, Hudson is no stranger to dressing up and having his picture taken. Lewis-Palmer admits to being slightly surprised by the turn of events “I guess they saw something they liked – he has unique markings and he loves to ham it up in front of the camera. It’s a fantastic opportunity – he could become quite famous and I am particularly looking forward to travelling to photo shoots with him. Hudson is going to have to get used to flying!”
